Re: Avoiding back to back songs by the same artist
Okay, I'll wish! It could be made more gereric than just artist duplication; it could apply to any field, not just artist. You could perahps set a maximum or minumum number of occurances of whatever in the playlist as well. For eaxmple, at least 5 tracks between songs by the same artist, no more tha...

Re: WASAPI plug-in for Vista
I can understand that; it's just disappointing to have to wait for a major new version to get the WASAPI plugin. I'd love to see the plugin released for the current version.nohitter151 wrote:It's only been 6 months since the last version of MM was released. Developing takes time.

Avoiding back to back songs by the same artist
In an auto playlist, is there any way to avoid back to back songs by the same artist? Or, perhaps specify a minimum interval between tracks by the same artist? (Example, don't repeat the artist for 10 songs, 15 songs, or whatever)

Re: Convert Gold License to Lifetime ?
No, of course you can get a lifetime upgrade any time. It will just cost you the same amount of money that it would cost someone who buys lifetime without having a regular gold license first. That seems plenty fair to me. I guess we'll just have to disagree on this... If I've already paid $20 and s...

Re: Convert Gold License to Lifetime ?
I guess the question here is... Which seems unfair, wanting to upgrade a gold to a lifetime license, or not being able to do so? Personally, I think the latter is unfair. It only seems right to offer those who have already paid for the software the same chance that new buyers have.

Re: Can't properly control the Album Artist Field
I have FLAC files that I have imported that when I look at the tags in dbpoweramp shows the album artist twice with a semi-colon in between. For example "Madonna;Madonna". I can't offer a solution, but I have seen this also. It seems that MM inserts the double album artist whenever it updates the t...

Re: Tracks greyed out
This can happen when your output device is not set correctly. To check, go to Options -> Output Plug-Ins, click on the one you're using, and then on the Configure button. I had this happen recently when I installed Vista SP2. It updated the audio drivers, which changed the name of the output device ...

Re: Level auto ajustment...works?
Not sure what's going on here... I had the problem re-occur today, tried my trick, and it didn't work this time. It definitely worked correctly at one time, perhaps before v3.1.1256? Most of my tracks have no leveling adjustment, so it can take me a while to notice a problem.

Re: Level auto ajustment...works?
For example I've got a song that is always too loud, it's level is -5dB, I tried to manually set it to -15 or -20dB, when I play it, it doen't change anything... Did I missed something? Probably not... I've seen this happen also -- leveling just seems to stop working for no apparent reason. It's to...

Installer quick launch icon oddity
I recently installed build 1248 in Vista Home Premium x64 SP1. I normally run the program as a regular user. I installed as an administrator, and told the installer to add a quick launch icon. It added the start menu folder for all users, but added the quick launch icon for the administrator only.
