Re: Runtime Errors

Please capture them in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=86643

Re: Auto Organize - use path as album title

It will be hard to do, you do have $Replace() available for use.

It'd be better if you used the Album field for Album name and other fields like Disc# for other information.

Re: Any way to view the genre on a selected album?

Depending on the View you can enable/disable columns to be shown. So for example the List View allows you to view the Genre column, which shows the Genre values of each file shown: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/WebHel ... _are_Shown

Re: Clean uninstall?

A registry cleaner like CCleaner should be able to fix that.

Re: Need help recovering Playlists from old device

It sounds like you're scanning files, which you shouldn't do, until the files have been fixed. The link is to a Third Party addon, you'll need to ask more there if you plan to use it.

Re: Need help recovering Playlists from old device

On MediaMonkey 4, run the third party Update Location of Files in Database addon. It can fix the changed drive ID as well as changed base folder for your files.

Re: Pixel 6A does not see new media

How exactly did you Sync or copy the media and with which exact version (Help > About) of MediaMonkey 5 (if used)?

Re: Need help recovering Playlists from old device

Playlists are stored in the MediaMonkey database. You should be able to Sync back and any music files already on your PC should be skipped.

Re: MM Suddenly won't play my music at all

Are you sure that the Path in MediaMonkey is the same as the Path of the files on the PC? When opening a file from File Explorer with MediaMonkey does it also fail to play?
