You can't ignore folders inside a selected folder. You can have your media in a different location or see if you can move the recycle bin. For me they're both sub-folders of the same root on the NAS, and thus can select only the Music folder for scanning.

Are you manually converting files or are you seeing this during Sync? What are you converting from?

Does the problem exhibit itself with just 2 files or do you need to convert more?

No, Type is auto-determined on first scan, and MediaMonkey only?

Does iTunes see it, and can browse it?

You can do this with AutoPlaylists, Collections, Advanced Search and Filters.

Your screenshots are for the Media Server, instead of the Device Profile used by Sync.

Can you post a screenshot of the Collection Criteria that is causing issues?

Sync to iOS 26 will be unlocked in the next beta release MediaMonkey. Please provide feedback when testing this, so we can include any fixes before the next final release.

Collections filter on files, not Albums, thus only files that match the Criteria should be included. If you can reproduce the same problem on MediaMonkey 2024, please let us know.
