Can you please explain what you're viewing that would cause the Album to disappear on playback in the first place?

Check what Servers you've enabled under Media Sharing.

Just tested and both work just fine. Could the file be read-only?

Are you changing resolutions when this occurs?

Is this when MediaMonkey is a maximized window, or when full screen (like playing a video full screen)?

No, MediaMonkey itself has no association with the email of purchase. It just needs your License Username and License Key. The email would be of use when you need to retrieve the License again. The purchase account is also separate from the MediaMonkey account for Forum/Support.

MediaMonkey is for media you already have on your PC, or that you want to Rip from Audio CD's you own. It does not come with media files.

Can you please explain more of what you're trying to accomplish?

This shouldn't happen (depending how old the previous version was) and is not something I see. Are you uninstalling/deleting the previous Portable Install first? Are you sure each install you select the Portable Install?

What settings (or is it all) are you losing and from which version did you upgrade?
