Re: [MAJOR] - Incorrect Artist/Album Artist Classifications
Just an update - I've been using iTunes lately as with this issue MM has been un-useable. However, I tried the following and am still having the same issue: 1) Clean HD, New Windows 7 x64 install. 2) All Windows Updates 3) New MM 3.2.0.1294 install 4) Added half my library to MM Same problem - datab...

Re: Corrupted Artist Fields in Database (IDSong != song.ID)
Is the entire software development team on extended holidays? No replies here, and a support ticket was raised on the 6th, without response.

Re: Artist collisons in 3.2.01294
@nohitter: Are you running Win7x64? That seems to be one of the conditions to reproduce this. If you've been running it for a year, you must be using some really early beta? I'm having this issue under Win 7 x64 Business, as released to MSDN-AA in September, with all updates installed. No, its Win ...

Re: Corrupted Artist Fields in Database (IDSong != song.ID)
Any ideas?
MM Team? This seams like a major issue. I have found posts from at least three other people with the same issue.

Re: Corrupted Artist Fields in Database (IDSong != song.ID)
Hi, Thanks for looking into that, however my problem still exists... Did you try to reproduce this on Windows 7 x64? It seems that the issue has been happening only on this OS. It is possible that there is another requisite conditions to reproduce this as well (other software, certain MS update, etc...

Re: Corrupted Artist Fields in Database (IDSong != song.ID)
I'm sorry but I don't see how this is an optimization issue? This is not an issue with speed/optimization while building the database. It takes 24-36 hours to build the database on a clean system with 4x3.0Ghz and 8Gigs of RAM, so I'm assuming that it must be loading every track into "Memory". The i...

Re: Delay on playing songs
Hey there, I'm running almost the exact same system (Phenon II X4 Black, 8gb RAM, win7 Pro x64) and was having similar issues unitl I disabled adding all tracks in the current playlist to the now playing list. With a large library (60k tracks), this seemed to cause issues. Last.FM autoDJ also slows ...

Re: [MAJOR] - Incorrect Artist/Album Artist Classifications
Hey Bex, Yep, I deleted the MM.db file each time before re-adding everything (which is a longgg process with this many tracks). I've found a couple posts relating to similar problems under Win7x64, such as this one: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=44781 It seems like there is a ...

+1 Have been having similar issues with tagging under Win7 x64. Not just album art, but all tagging. MM temporarily hangs when tagging multiple files.

Same problem here:

Appears to be a Win7 x64 bug. The above link has been around since November.

MM 3.2.0.1294 Freezes When Editing Tags
When I edit tags for several tracks at once (for example: apply an artist album to a group of tracks), MM Freezes temporarily (~1 minute for 10 tracks) while it is applying the updated tags. Any ideas why this would be happening? System is: Win 7 Business x64 8Gb RAM 60,000 tracks on 2TB NAS (via gi...
