adding to collection on network drive

If I have my music collection on a network drive which is accessed by several different computers and I add new tracks using one of the computers, how do I get the other computers to automatically see the additions? Do I have to copy the dbase file from the ripping computer to the others one by one ...

Hi,

Is there any way to get a view which shows which playlists each track has been allocated to ?

Is there a way I can quickly check if I have tracks which have not yet been allocated to any playlist ?
