Re: FILL DATABASE WITH ALBUM BY CODE

Hi Teknojnky,

As I tried to point our, that's not what I want.
I want to fill the database very selective, not with all I've got.

Further it has to be done by code (OLE automation), not by user interaction.

Re: play track from file

Hi rovingcowboy, Thanks for your enthousiastic comments. I'm sure I 'm going to appreciate MM More and More. I have developed a database application years ago that satisfies my need. I now use WinAmp to play my music, but the audio quality is not always as good as possible. So far MM seems to do a b...

Re: add audio files by command line options

Hi,

What do you mean with "setting MM to only one instance"?
If you mean restarting MM (with plugins) for each song I don't think this is the way to go.

play track from file

Hi,

Hi can I play a track from a file using OLE automation.
I guess I have to create a playlist first. How do I add a song (by filename) to the playlist?
I have no music to the database (because I use another database and need MM only for playing the songs).

Re: add audio files by command line options

Hi,

I tried this, but when adding perhaps 50 or 200 songs (with full path) for playing, this will not work.

play track with OLE

Hi, I'm new to MM and want to use OLE for playing a single track from my application (Visual FoxPro with MySQL Server holding > 100.000 tracks). Where can I find sample code for playing a single track (without playlist). How do I address the MM object? How do I play a track? How do I query the curre...
