Oh yeah. I was in shuffle mode and it doesn't work in shuffle mode.

Don't know if it's been suggested but:
-Embedded visualisation that automatically works when you start the program.
-Auto Repeat Track button that you can toggle on or off and when on it keeps repeating the track when it reaches the end (until toggled off).

This already exist in MM. Replay Song Script (18.08.2006) check it it should work in MM3 also. I deliberately name it like this so that both searches work. Yeah I was pretty sure it wasn't a bug but it may as well be as it doesn't work how you would expect. It would certainly be handy and coding wise would be very simple to implement.

If I'm listening to a song and decided I want to listen to it over again a few more times is there a button or something I can press to do this or do I have to manually separate the song from the other tracks in order to repeat it?

This is probably not a bug but I'm going to report it as one. When you have 'shuffle tracks' enabled and you press 'Previous Track' you would expect it to go to the track you previously listened to, not the track whose track number is one before the song.
