Re: Playing MP4a files in MMA ?
Ok so those which Android sees fit to include? And for some reason m4a/m4b are not in that list I guess.

Playing MP4a files in MMA ?
Is it possible?
I've some on my phone and MMA doesn't seem to know of their existence, even though they are in a folder it recognizes.
Nor does there seem to be anywhere in MMA settings etc for updating or adding codecs.
Little help ?

Can I stream from MM to Denon Heos 7 speaker?
I'm hoping for a definitive answer as opposed to a theoretical one.
Has anyone got a Heos 7 and got this working with MM (desktop and/or android)
Thanks.

Re: freedbSubmitter 1.01
Am I missing something here. Doesn't MMW already allow a submit to freedb option without the need for a plugin?

Using MMW with FreeNAS
I have MMW currently installed on my Windows PC (obviously) I have all my music files backed up on my NAS, and it is my intention to use the files on the NAS as my primary source because a) There's much more space; b) I have various devices around the place I can use to stream from with Kodi / Plex ...

As I don't know where that setting is, I'd have to say no.FrozenAssets wrote:Have you tried burst mode in EAC?

Re: EAC question
OK so I decided to try another converter and found: fre:ac - free audio converter https://sourceforge.net/projects/bonkenc/?source=typ_redirect This absolutely breezed through it no problem at all. I can't seem to set it up with the custom titles in the same way as EAC, and it dumps it into a single...

Re: EAC question
Hmm OK. Well I have just gone through and converted several hundred CD's to FLAC. I still have about 15 I will need to do, as they are not in the database so I will have to enter all those song titles etc manually. Of the ones I've done I have around 10 CD's where some or most of the songs won't rea...

Re: When will you port to Linux?
This comes up fairly regularly, and its a few months since the previous post but just to clarify - it has been stated before that the developers will wait until MM5 is stable before developing a Linux (or other OS) version. This is the only sensible thing to do. From a business point of view the one...

Re: EAC question
also (further to my previous post) are there different settings in EAC I could try? Perhaps tell it that a minor hiccup doesn't matter and to encode it anyway - as I suspect that the scratches on the CD are causing minor errors which only EAC cares about, but a normal CD player ignores / deals with ...

Re: EAC question
It sees and plays the tracks just fine from CD in MM, VLC, etc and the car cd player.
Seems just unable to read/compress to FLAC with ELC.
Are there other programs I could try? I've heard of dbpoweramp and CUEripper - these useful?

Further to my last post (still seeking answers) EAC keeps crashing ("not responding" error) on me whilst trying to do this.

Re: EAC question
OK doing another one. Quite a few scratches BUT seems to play fine. EAC has taken close to 36 hours on this CD so far! (not a typo) Was having issues with tracks 16 on so I just unchecked those first time. Then went back to do 16-20 and its taking forever... It's going, but very very slowly. Track 1...
