Re: 1361 Properties: Long genre names not shown correctly [#
This is true only for the skinned version. The unskinned does not have this issue.

Re: 1363: Actor, Producer, Director miss dropdown in Trackli
So you do see the drop down with values in the Tracklistings? With "Tracklistings" you mean the "Show details" view, right? Yes, dropdown with all values is there. But as described in above post in all non-empty fields (already with values in them) the alphabetically first entries are shown. Behavi...

Re: 1363: Tested with genre. Same problem in all fields?
When editing Actor Producer and Director in place in the Tracklisting the auto-complete drop-down is missing. I guess thats the same you are speaking about: The drop-down list is there but it always shows the alphabetically first entry and does not start from the value currently in the field (what ...

Properties: Long genre names not shown correctly [#7648]
Long genrenames, like "Barock Soloinstrumentalmusik, Viola da Gamba" exceeding a certain length are not displayed correctly:
They are cut and weird signs appear after the cut and between the lines: "Barock . ' ' - - ''
A scalable properties window would be fine anyway...

Re: [1350] MM4 performance with large library sucks
~2000 videos in 200 folders, -some with hundreds of videos-, and the speed feels absolutely normal; probably the same as with music.Lowlander wrote:Location node can take 2+ minutes on a clean install in the Video collection with 5 files in 1 folder.

1359 Output problem in long music lists [solved 1361]
In longer lists with "Show Details"-view tracks at higher positions (down the list) don't play. Here it mostly happens from positions between 100 and 200 onwards; sometimes much earlier though. Reproduce: 1. Choose playback rule: "Clear list & play selected + subsequent" 2. In composer, genre, artis...

Re: 1351 to 1358 video error
Hi, cowboy Did you try using a different (older?) driver for your videocard? And, -sorry for the question-: Did you try using the non-skinned version? Changing the video driver did recently solve a (different) graphics problem with the skinned version for me. MM seems to be more picky in that regard...

1355: XP taskbar's "show side-by-side" prob with skins
Using the XP taskbar's (arrange windows) "side-by-side"* command (right mousebutton): -the MM window does not resize to the correct size: 2 active windows should resize to 1/2 + 1/2 of the screen. MM resizes to 1/3 instead. (unskinned version as well) -the MM window seems to loose the borders and th...

Can't reproduce it here. Maybe a problem with specific filetypes or versions of ffdshow?

Re: 1352: reactivate "show tab bar" does'nt work with skins
Thanks for all advice.
Installing the latest Nvidia driver* solved the problem so far.
*I had reverted to an older version, because of massive overheating & stability problems with one of the latest drivers. The current one seems ok so far

Re: Classical music not being recognised
I was quite confused too for a while by this seemingly new behaviour in 1355. The "problem" (that in fact is none...) is this: Type and genre are different concepts in MM4. When MM4 scans music with the genre "classical" it associates it with the type "classical music" and puts them in the collectio...

Re: Top border not resize skinned windows [#5429]
This one seems back again here with 1353Top border of the main window and dialog boxes cannot not be used for window resizing with skinned version. It works fine with non-skinned version.

Re: 1352: reactivate "show tab bar" does'nt work with skins
Any suggestions what might be wrong? I uninstalled 1352 and installed 1353 but the problem persists. Edit: It seems the tabs are present but invisible with skins: The "close tab" tooltip apeears when i hover over the position and the content of the tab (library) is shown correctly in the main window.

1352: Tab bar does'nt work with skins [~solved]
(Re)activate "Always show tab bar" does'nt work with skins here.
(I don't remember if it worked with skinned version in the first place; rarely use skins for better performance)
Non-skinned works ok.
Anyone else?
