Re: Album Art Tagger 5.2 - Updated 26/10/2013
Hi, I am using 5.2 and this error happens hundreds (and I'm not exagerating) when I try and process my library (approximately 60,000 tracks). Is there any other info that could pinpoint the problem. I am using a portable installation on both a Windows 8 laptop and a Windows 7 desktop. It seems to oc...

Album Art Tagger - Debug Assertion Failed!
I have been using Album Art Tagger to remove linked (rather than embedded) artwork as a result of installing a new version of MM (the "Scan file directories for Artwork" option is selected by default, I wish it wasn't). I ran it against the 60,000 tracks in my library and it identified those tracks ...

Re: Access violation at address 005A2BF7 in module 'MediaMon
Okay, so they are seen but what is done with them? You say they are most likely not associated with this topic, yet I have filled in the description of when the error occurred on many, many occasions. At no point have I had any response in reply, perhaps asking for more details. Therefore, it just a...

Re: Access violation at address 005A2BF7 in module 'MediaMon
So in other words, the countless error reports generated by the debug version that I have diligently been sending in over the past few months were a waste of time. What happens to these? Are they seen by the developers and if not, why not? It has been incredibly frustrating putting up with this pers...

Access violation at address 005A2BF7 in module 'MediaMonkey.
Access violation at address 005A2BF7 in module 'MediaMonkey.exe'. Read of address 00000024. This happens when closing the "File Properties" window. It doesn't happen at first but when it does start occurring it happens everytime. I have been sending error reports for weeks if not months and have rec...

Re: Problem downloading podcasts
Sorry, just found that the latest partial download is a duplicate that in the default location rather than in my library. Should it happen again I will try to debug.
Thanks,
Mac.

Re: Problem downloading podcasts
Thanks for the reply. I will try to capture it to a debug log, however, in the meantime is there a way to re-download the partial podcast.
Thanks,
Mac.

ISO8601 Dates In Podcast Titles
Sorry if I have missed this already in this thread but couldn't find it with a search. I am trying to added the date to the start of podcast titles to differentiate them. Preset 102 - Add <From Field> followed by " - " to the begin of <Into Field> (only if exists)... almost does the job but the date...

Re: Problem downloading podcasts
Jumping onto the end of this. I am running MM 4.07.1505 in portable mode on an external drive (U:) and having a couple of problems downloading podcasts. The first concerns the location in the options for downloads and podcasts. The defaults are respectively: U:\MediaMonkey\Portable\Downloads\<Artist...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
Okay, I was being uncharitable and I apologise. I synced 519 tracks to the internal memory and the Music Player app showed only 518 tracks in the playlist. I have since tried the Poweramp app and that has all 519 tracks in the playlist.

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
Okay, after many syncs I now seem to have some consistent behaviour. As the flac track from the post above had synced correctly previously I wanted to try and work out why it wasn't working now. Before each sync I would do a blank sync (i.e. deselect the playlist and let MM delete the tracks from th...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
Thanks, I've submitted the debug logs from above. I have persisted with trying to sync to the phone's internal memory and converting everything to mp3 at 128kbps or below if it already is, using a playlist of 12 songs of different type and bitrates but have met with varying success. Sometimes a trac...

Re: Samsung Galaxy S3 sync
Okay, I've just started using a Samsung Galaxy S III as of yesterday and have run into the sync problems. There is no SD card so I am syncing to the phone's internal memory' The first sync was supposed to be the 5 most recent podcasts from various subscriptions and a single playlist. I had increased...

Having installed the debug version I am now unable to replicate the bug. I'll post a bug report if it reoccurs.

Re: Access Violation 0053BC53
Will do. Incidentally, I restarted MM but the error persisted. After changing tags in a playlist, I received the error, cancelled it and tried to scroll to the right and ended up with a blank playlist and a message: "Cannot terminate an externally created thread." Selecting anything in the Media Tre...
