1368: MM doesn't load ID3v1 tags

I just did a new installation. Ran it on my media folder that I was using with an older MM4 build and got a ton of albums with no tags at all (no title, artist, etc). Looking at them in MP3Tag, I see that they're ID3v1 only (and there are only a few albums with ID3v1 only tags). Everything it loaded...

Re: 1364 good impressions, file support issues [#7681 7682 7

5. Dat media files is still seems to be not supported or recognised yet. I know it is an old vcd, I do have some old vidoes in *.dat format. The DAT format is MPEG1 video. Rename the file to .mpg . DAT is used for VCD data for standalone players (which use a CD filesystem). It is just a renamed MPG...

1367: lastFM causes crash (Access violation)

Still occurs in 1367 This error should be significant due to the usability problem that it produces no warning to the user, but just exits with the access violation log as noted a couple messages up. I have tested: - three clean Win7x64 installations (without any 'important' updates run automaticall...

Re: [1365] Error: VirtualTrees.pas while tagging

The error is reproducible as follows in the latest build: - change the rating of one item by clicking in the 'rating' column in the main window - immediately after, right click on another file (thus changing the selection, such as the file just below it), while it's still updating the existing file....

1367 Fails to register COM object

Melloware appears to be pointing back to MediaMonkey4 and has asked that i assist in reporting it as I have a reproducable case. http://forum.melloware.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=9202 Do you want to report the bug there since you have the scenario reproducible? If I install MM3 and then MM4, all works...

Re: 1364: lastFM causes crash (Access violation)

Let me know how to produce any additional debugging information on this crashing LastFM module and I'll gladly produce it... that is unless the offsets provided provide enough information.

Re: 1369: MM4 can't move/auto-organize certain files

The equal sign exists on all of my media without trouble. It is four individual MP3 files that are from the same collection causing issue. After MM4 touches them, I can't move the file in Windows until MM exits, so it's appearing as though MM4 is trying to do something with the file and locking it, ...

I do. Will review and write back if disabling MT doesn't fix it.

Re: 1364: lastFM causes crash (Access violation)

Perhaps the reason is that I have super admin rights? http://www.webtlk.com/2010/04/28/how-to-turn-on-super-administrator-account-in-windows-7/ Doubtful. I don't (running as a regular user) and experience this error where MM won't start up. I have also tested this on two clean MM4 installations on ...

Re: 1364: Fails to register COM object

I had exactly the same thing - the way that I got round it was to install MM3 first and then do an "over the top" upgrade to MM4. Worked immediately after that. I've heard that the above method is successful, but I'd like to NOT do that. Thus the bug report in hopes that this is fixed. I just forma...

Windows 7 64-bit. Fresh Windows 7 install. Install MM as administrator. Let it launch MM from the installer as instructed. Install a plugin that uses the COM object- this error comes in. 2011-04-17 16:55:18,537 [ERROR] - (9) - Error filling treenode... System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast COM...
