Isn't that same issue as the one raised here?
Mostly, yes. I was hoping to get a response re the developer issue - was a bit grumpy yesterday.

Re: Saving covers to tags

In WIndows Explorer, go into the file properties of the files that are affected (ie right click on whatever.mp3, then click properties) , and on the first tab (General) see if at the bottom there is a warning "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer". ...

Re: When viewing a single album in Art + details view...

I'm trying to say that there should be a different option for when only one album is in view. When you're browsing through multiple albums, you probably don't want to have every album displaying every single track, but when you've gone to a specific album, you almost definitely want to see all of th...

When viewing a single album in Art + details view...

The default number of tracks to show should be ignored, and all the tracks shown (or at least an option to choose if/how many). I find it a tad annoying that when you click on an album, effectively taking you to a new page for that album, you still have to click another time to view all the tracks. ...

Alt-tab playing up

Just installed 4.0.3.1476. When in a program, the first time you hit Alt+tab, the last used window should be selected. However, when in MM, MM is selected first, rather than the last used window. It's not a huge bug, but it's not how alt-tab is supposed to work. I don't know if this is an escapable ...

Re: Scared to upgrade to mm4

If you don't have any issues with MM3, DO NOT bother upgrading to MM4. There have been a myriad of problems since the first release and, as much as I love MM, it is nowhere near being stable (or perfect) yet.

Re: Now playing summary not independent of library view [#89

not fixed. What build are you using? 4.0.3.1476, and Lowlander appears to have the same problem. Thanks for re-opening this Lowlander, it's getting annoying considering it's a vital part of any media player to tell you what you're actually listening to, and for such a basic thing to be called fixed...

Updating file location of moved video files

I recently restructured my external hard drive, which is where all my video files are. Previously, all the video was in X:\Ed\Video\, which I've changed to X:\TV and X:\Film. I changed this by dragging and dropping the folders in Windows (7) rather than using the move tool in MM. The old folders wer...

New release & developers

Getting steadily more and more pissed off with MM. I submitted a support ticket on 23rd Jan, for which I spent considerable time and effort creating loads of error logs as requested, and haven't heard anything for two and a half weeks from either Martin Warning, Pavle Lacarac or Petr Jurik, all of w...

Re: Art + Details view scrolls FAR too quickly

Cheers Otello, but that would only help by scrolling one album at a time! I think I found the bug though, as detailed above - Lowlander / nohitter151 (or anyone else), can you recreate it under those conditions? Thanks :)

Re: Art + Details view scrolls FAR too quickly

I've worked out the cause (for me at least): grouping. If grouping (in Collection -> Edit Node -> Columns tab -> Enable Grouping (Artwork views)) is disabled, it causes these big jumps for the collection and playlists that call from that collection. If it's enabled, it scrolls properly. Hopefully yo...

Re: Art + Details view scrolls FAR too quickly

That's weird, thanks both of you for replying. Nope, no issues in other programs whatsoever. I did recently open up a support ticket for someone to have a look at my db for issues, but I don't think this can be anything to do with it, because it's more of a program function than db issue (I think!)....

Re: Art + Details view scrolls FAR too quickly

Really? Just to check - your mouse is set to scroll ~3 lines at a time, and then in Art+Details view with at least say 20 albums, when you scroll down (with all the albums unexpanded), it doesn't jump three albums down (or whatever the mouse is set to)?

Art + Details view scrolls FAR too quickly

When browsing the library in Art + Details view, using the mouse scroll wheel results in great big jumps. I think this is because you set your mouse wheel in your OS to scroll a certain number of lines at a time (eg 3), but MM registers the whole album as a line rather than each song. So, if like me...
