One of the first things that I notice are those huge text balloons. Now, I may be missing the option, but is it possible to switch them off? In the manus, they cover the other items and I just hate those things popping up everytime I point my mouse somewhere... (Another Microsoft-like thing that you...

Just another suggestion for MM3.0. I'm not sure it's in here already, but it's less time writing this then trying to find something that may be in here or not. When a user wants to add or remove columns in MM (right pane, like Artist, Album, Channels, Media, Bitrate, etc), one always needs to point ...

You need to keep iRiver plus installed in order to have MM recognize it correctly. I messed around quite a lot lately with MM and iRiver Plus and I came to the conclusion that MM cannot work with iRiver H-series. Problem: when you use MM's h10 plugin, it is not able to delete files from the device w...

playlist management

Using my iRiver H10, I ran into a problem. This mp3-player now contains about 2000 songs that come from a playlist that I make for it. Playlist is simply called iRiver H10. Now, I synchronise my player using the auto-sync option. This option points to the playlist and it syncs just right. My wish: I...

Ik ben rustig! :D :D

Thanks for replying! Driveletter wasn't changed at all... it just happened. I just installed MM fresh out of the box again and rebuild the library.

About the H10: what firmware do you use? The UMS or the other one?

Well, thank you for this quick answer! I'm using 2.5.1 right now ... I do beta-testing on another pc, not on this one - to risky, because I do some more beta's. But still I'm now following your advice. I uninstalled and deleted everything related to MM and reinstalled it. Now I'll probably find out ...

Sick and tired ... (Edit: iRiver H10 problems)

Really people, I'm getting sick and tired of MediaMonkey these last weeks. I don't know where you guys are going with this program, but something is terribly wrong. 1. I'm getting double entries in my database sometimes. Seems to be possible for some reason. When I decide to maitain library, double ...

Just want to confirm that the iRiver H10 works just fine with MM. No crashing of MM at all, like someone mentioned somewhere around here. Tested with both types of firmware and it OK! EDIT: After using it for some time now, it seems MM is unable to maintain internal DB of H10. It's not deleting file...

Well, it seems that MM doesn't associate files at all here. Whatever I do, Windows MP will pop up when I click an mp3-file. I did "uninstall WMP", disassociated all filetypes in that stupid player before I did that, associated all files in MM, but still ... WMP comes up when I double click a file......

In the last few weeks, I had the oportunity to test some MSI players. The following players from MSI (Micro Star Internetional) do work fine with MM 2.5.1: - MegaPlayer 515 series; - MegaPlayer 533 series; - MegaPlayer 538 series; - MegaStick 512 and 528. So, anybody thinking about using one of thes...

Well, I have some trouble with this. I have an synched copy of all my music on an external disk. It's in a sub-folder. Every thime when I run MM and this disk is connected and running, MM will import all aoudio-files on the external disk into it's database. I don't want MM to do this. I just want MM...

Yes it is. Even when I close all nodes and press OK and then choose scan tracks from the file-menu, all primary nodes are open again. When I close them all and select just one to open, all primaries open up again. I'll send you a debug-file. ----------------------------------------------------------...

Problem rescanning tracks

When rescanning tracks, you first see a dialog in which you can select a folder to scan. When clicking a + next to a node in that dialog, all nodes open, not just the one you click on.

This is the first beta/RC-release where I find this problem. I'm now using RC-3.
