Re: Problem with .ts files

I started down that path after your link, searched for file types, this narrowed down mantis to 47 items, most of which didn't apply, but I found this: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7317 It says resolved, but based on the notes, it says this will be implemented at a later date for th...

Problem with .ts files

I tried searching the entire forum for 90 minutes (yeah I know, probably something simple but couldn't figure it out) trying to search for .ts, *.ts and variants thereof, but no dice. I want to add my .ts files to MM4 latest build/release and they do not import as the format is not included as an op...

Re: Scanning for moved files sticks on 2nd pass

So, I need to install the debug version, I would assume, right? I haven't done that for a bit. I have to get time to do it. Just barely got things working again.

Re: Scanning for moved files sticks on 2nd pass

I will send a report when I get home tonight. In the meantime, is there a way to set it for 1 pass only?

Re: Scanning for moved files sticks on 2nd pass

Is there any update on this? I am running into this again, after clearing my database due to a system crash and having a messed up backup, I am again having this same issue where the rescan sticks about 2/3 of the way through the 2nd pass.

Re: [1476] some tags disappear / coloumn browser is buggy

I have recently noticed this, too. The files all come from the same base folder with many subfolders. My setup is: Drive://#Media/Shows And Demo/Decade/Year/Files Files are in bunches and singles, all mp3 format, all have been tagged, over the years of collection, yet I have literally thousands of t...

Scanning for moved files sticks on 2nd pass

I have noticed this with the past 4-5 builds. I have moved 10-20k files to another drive and the scan worked as it should to add them to the new location, but when I manually ran the Locate Moving/Missing Files and it runs through the first scan and then sticks, during the 2nd scan at 115267 of 2701...

Re: This MP3 file hangs MM[BUG# 5696]

How did you figure out which file caused this error? I am getting the same error, but am not always watching which files are being scanned in, since my new db is trying to scan in the 215-250k files, as we speak.

Media tree folders not showing properly?

Okay, I am going to try and explain this as best I can, because it has been a real big deal to me and hoping I am not the only one who is having these problems. Firstly, the scanning/adding files is really really really really really slow, this has been with my old database and with new one. I have ...

Re: MM4 Video subfolders not created

With the last couple of builds I have notice another major issues, sorta related to the subfolder issue. I scan parts of the 5 different drives my media files are on. There are all types of files: mp3, mkv, avi, asf, mov, mp2, flac, shn and others I can't think of, but as they are being added to the...

Re: MM4 Video subfolders not created

Maybe if I give a MP3 comparison. If I set the Artist and Album, the Artist is the main 'folder' and the Album is the subfolder. This used to happen with MM3, though it didn't support video, I had the video plugin, and would organize my movies, TV shows and such.

I hope this makes more sense.

Re: MM4 Video subfolders not created

I wondered if I explained it properly it was 2 or 3am I think, my time and was spaced out, I think. So, what I have done, for as long as I remember, is right click on the file or files, select properties and then set the properties of the tags I want. IE: Show name, Season ##, Episode Name, etc. The...

MM4 Video subfolders not created

I am currently testing MM4.0.0.1416 and and, overall, it is running efficiently and seems to run about as well as MM3 did for me. Now comes the issue and maybe someone has notated this somewhere, but I don't see it anywhere, so trying my own topic. I have tons of video/movies/TV shows and when I add...

Re: Advanced Duplicate Find & Fix 3.7.4 (2010-08-21)

@kookykrazee Could it be this? Please read the whole thread: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=27455[/quote] -- From what I tell it seems to be related to moving files, but the problem is that files that were moved show in the new location, as they should, but they show twice, in many...
