Well overwriting the database is possible....but I think adding entries into the existing database file would be a better idea...plus easier....basically all the script has to do is add the track information into the database file without touching the current database entries.

The thing is..I use minilyrics...but its really buggy.....and I've tried a lot and still cant get it to save lyrics in the file tag.

Well I tried about 10 songs, and none of them were timestamped....
Is it the songs I'm listening to (mainly prog rock like PT, DT, Rush etc)...or is it the script...
Its not that the songs I'm listening to are rare...

As far as I know...WMP has bad or no scripting support....and importing databases is totally out of the question. I couldnt even import my database from WMP 11 to WMP 12.... As far as overwriting the existing database on WMP with a database of some other WMP installation (same version) goes, simply ...

I noticed this script doesnt put timestamp in the lyrics. Is it made that way or is it just not possible?

Don't get me wrong, from your post it is clearly seen that you like MM. Maybe I was wrong, in suggestion. I was meant to ask that you should give people here a challenge in making new skin, script, ... Challenge seems like a nice idea. If you want to have a script created that would export the play...

I've been using MM for about 2 years now. I've tried anything and everything in MM... I'm a big fan and supporter of MM....by new and fresh, I dont mean leaving MM in the blank, just wanna try different things out to see how the other softwares do.....foobar is too complicated...WMP is nice, simple ...

Nyn I have the Last.fm quick buttons script installed, plus the MM last.fm Scrobbler script installed. I can see and use the quick buttons, but they onlly control data submission to last.fm. What I want is the proper Scrobbler, which plays songs by looking up last.fm. teknojnky's last.fm script work...

Whats the difference between last.fm script and the ScrobblerDJ script?
