2 questions. rating and winamp db

Post by w3stfa11 »

Is there an easy way to rate songs via keyboard? Like just hitting the '5' key will rate it a 5.

Also, can I import my play counts and ratings from the Winamp db?

edit: One more question. How can I make it so that MediaMonkey remembers its layout, specifically the Music Explorer Tree. I'd like the playlists part to be expanded, as well as the imported playlists node. Any ideas?

edit2: Is there a way I can manually order the playlists. For example, I'd like to move my 5-Star songs playlist to the top of the playlist node, above all the others.

Try this

Just be careful when it is enabled. If you have multiple files in the library highlighted, it will tag all of them with the rating - instead of the currently playing file.

If it's OK, I'd like to bump this.

TweakMonkey can, among other things, do what your asking.
