my mediamonkey suddenly started taking forever to open

I tried uninstalling and re-installing and it still does it. What's the deal? It will open eventually...but it takes like 5 minutes.... any ideas?

Which exact version of the Monkey?
Have you installed any scripts lately?

the newest available version of media monkey and I just installed the new last fm script...and it worked for a while....

Well the newest available version is 3.0.3.1140.
The latest official release is 3.0.2.1134.
So, you did not really answer the question.
Do you have the last FM node in focus when you are closing the monkey?

ok I have...

3.0.2.1134.

also I know not about any nodes..there is nothing visible for the script. It's under tools> options > something

ok I just noticed that it's gone now (probably since i deleted the program many times)

so it's not even there anymore I guess..but still the freezedown

Well, you could give 3.0.3.1140 a go and see if that fixes your problems.

I'm on Vista by the way...new computer...but mediamonkey was running just fine for a while.
