Weird "Now Playing" Question

What I would like to do is, at bedtime, begin a playlist with an audio track of relaxation exercises. I would like that track to be followed by a music playlist. I would like the playlist to repeat through the night, but NOT the first relaxation track. Is there any way to do this? Thanks.

Sure, just enable the auto-DJ (Tools > Options > Auto DJ/Now Playing) and have it add tracks from the playlist you want. Then, just add the first relaxation exercise track to Now playing and when that track ends, auto-DJ will initiate and play random tracks from the playlist you selected.
