Files to Edit\Duplicate Files as Condition for AutoPlaylist

Is there anyway to include the "Duplicate Files" list (Files to Edit) as a condition for an auto-playlist? I have a large number of dupes (on purpose) and would like to be able to create autoplaylists based on certain conditions, including dupe status....

For now, I am manually setting a flag in a custom field and filtering off of that, but would really like to automate the process.
