Please help -- MM db will not save - SQL Error!

Post by glennergy » Wed Dec 24, 2014 3:57 pm

MM won't save the database. Every time I shut down, it reverts to a Dec. 7 version. This has become a major problem -- I've lost dozens of new playlists (hours of time) each time.

I am running Windows 7 on a PC
and the most current (non-beta) version of MM (as of Dec. 2014).

Can anyone help me?

I am currently getting the following error, viewable at the link below:

And by the way, I have already rebooted MM, restarted the computer, and also tried restoring a previous database. Still not working!

If you don't need the media server running, disable it and see if that makes any difference.

I tried to remove it, but when I clicked out of the MM settings, I got the same error message... that it couldn't read.

Any other thoughts?

thank you!

Databases are corrupt and being corrupted. Question is - what's causing it? Do you have any scripts installed (beyond the hard coded ones) that write to the database?
