Auto Playlist only include all tracks from an album?

Post by erbower »

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, I did look first, but could not find. Hopefully an easy question... I have an Auto Playlist that adds 900-1000 songs to an old iPod for listening to in the car and at the office. I listen to a lot of live music and would like all tracks from a show represented. Is there a way to set up an Auto Playlist so that if, for example, an album has 10 tracks, the album is excluded if only 8 would be part of the Auto Playlist (or "force" all 10 onto the Auto Playlist)? Hopefully that makes sense. Cheers!

No. That is not an available criteria. Criteria are file based.

It sounds like the type of thing Magic Nodes add-on would be for, but I'm not making sense out of what you are saying.
Can you reword/elaborate on what you mean?

So, the challenge is figuring out a way to get all the tracks from a show to be represented in the file list?

So, you want all the tracks that are from live albums AND that have more than 8 tracks?
