The file path shown for 2 downloaded songs which do not play:
C:\Users\conta\Downloads\Jazmin Ghent Great Is Thy Faithfulness.mp3
C:\Users\conta\Downloads\Blair Bryant - My Gift.mp3
The location is correct and they play on Media Monkey when I open them from my computer.
I do not understand what the problem is!

Paste the Path shown in MediaMonkey in File Explorer and see if that opens the file to play. This would confirm that the Path MediaMonkey shows is where the file actual resides.

Pasting the location in file properties into file explorer does not open the file so it can be played.

Then it sounds that the Path MediaMonkey has for the file is not the Path the file is stored at. In other words, the file was moved or renamed outside of MediaMonkey.
Using File > Locate Moved/Missing Files with the problem files selected may help fix this. Make sure you verify any matches it makes: https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index. ... sing_Files

Using Locate Moved/Missing Files did not help.
I am on two pages of communications on this problem and still do not have a solution from you.
Can you do a chat or telephone call so we can work this through. Alternatively I would like to have the payment I made for Media Monkey Gold refunded so I can just move on to other software. This has been really frustrating.

Use File > Clear Database and then File > Add/Rescan Files
This will remove all files, play history and playlists from the Library and rescan the files from the location you moved/renamed them to. After that it should work again.
