iPhone and iPad sync is very slow

iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
MM syncs very slow with my iPhone 3Gs and my iPad 3.
I try many different versions of MM also betas and installed and deinstalled MM many times also as portable with no luck.
Sync time for an 11 track album is araund 1:45 min.
With iTunes I can sync the same album in just 10 seconds without any problem.
Sometimes I have the feeling, that MM is working on something in the background but I don't have a clue what MM does.
I tried different USB-Ports with no better sync speed.
The files to sync are all MP3, most with 320 kbit/s.
At the moment I use beta 4.1.0.1641 but as I say before, it's the same with other version also the latest stable too.
Can anybody help?

Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
That's nothing. I just waited over four hours, trying to synch ~2700 mp3s to my iPod. Worst of all, after 4 hours, it was only up to 1028, and MM suddenly exited. I couldn't believe it! I'm trying to decide now whether I give it another try, or go back to iTunes. I HATE iTunes, but I am quickly becoming just as frustrated with MM.
Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
Sync time can be influenced by Auto-Conversion rules (set in Device Profile for the device).

Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
Thanks for the tip Lowlander. For best results, how should auto-conversion rules be set? I currently have mine set to installation defaults.
Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
If you're syncing MP3 to an Apple device it doesn't need to be converted as Apple devices support MP3.

Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
Same problem here, have tried the Beta builds and still grinds to a halt when syncing to ipod touch 3g.
Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
Uninstall Media Monkey completly with all registry entries.
Reinstall the latest beta build and the problem still exists.
Not that a convert would be necessary but there are all switch off.
Doesn't help anyway.

Then create a debug log (step 4b) and send it to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... f=12&t=341

Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
Go to your IPOD/IPHONE and delete all music from the device, and then re-sync with MediaMonkey.
Settings, General, Usage, Music, Edit, Red Minus, and then Delete

Hello slvbeard,
thanks for your tip.
I give it a try but it doesn't wind up the sync speed.
I'm still waiting for a solution.

Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
I have this same issue on iPhone 64GB iOS7.2
Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
I've noticed that the sync seems slower when the IPOD gets close to full, maybe 1GB-2GB of free space left on it.
Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
That's not the problem.
My iPhone has 14 of 32 GB free and still syncs slow, very slow.
A playlist with 10 songs and aprox. 5 MB each, needs 5 min to sync.
Syncing with iTunes is as fast as ever and don't need 30s.

Re: iPhone and iPad sync is very slow
Comes to a screeching half about 1500 tracks in. I've had probably one of the longest open tickets, send in a ton of debugs. It just doesn't work. I got the 4s 64GB on release, it's never worked fluidly with MediaMonkey. I've tossed it up as, maybe next phone.
