Library view of player displays many copies. Cowon X9

For some odd reason, whenever I use the library view to view songs on my player (Cowon X9) it displays many copies of each song. When I view the folder via windows there is only one, as it should be. Is there some sort of configuration I need to fix?

Which version of MediaMonkey? If Path is shown is the same for all duplicates?

I'd suggest using 1692 (final release) or 1693 (4.1.1. beta). This likely won't address the problem. It sounds like a display problem. You could start fresh (wipe device and sync again) to make sure no corruption on the device is causing problems.

If it still happens you can capture it (connecting device to MM and showing of files) in a debug log (step 4b) and send it to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=12&t=69

I was on the beta before but haven't seen a recent update in the thread I was watching. I'll check for the 1692. Didn't even know it was available since the check for updates feature keeps tellin me I have the latest version.

Edit: Maybe I should have checked the page number I was on for the beta! haha. I'll get it now. We'll see what happens.

Steps: Open MMW. Go to library view. Expand folders for Cowon X9. Select music folder.
Syncing works just fine. There aren't any actual duplicates on my device. It's just the display within MMW.
I'm using MMW 4.1.1.1693.
Win764bSP1, Asus G73, 8GB. No additional plugins. I am, however, running the MediaMonkey Remote Server application.

Little update. Not sure if this option was in the previous version. I noticed that there are two options for viewing music. Either the first (which I do not recall seeing before) clicking on the "music" item directly below the player in the folder tree, or the second, expanding folders and then clicking on music. The first option works. The second option results in the aforementioned problem. When I click on the first option there are no duplicates displayed.
