Album art goes AWOL

I've been using Media Monkey with an iPod Classic v6 for years, with no problems.

Lately however, I find that usually when I sync additional tracks from my PC, the album art on about a quarter of all albums on the iPod is lost. This happens after most syncs, and the only way to recover is to delete all the content from the iPod, and re-sync. Which of course takes a while, because I'm using about 50GB (out of 160GB available).

Any suggestions how to diagnose further, because I've run out of ideas? Thanks a lot!!

Which version of MediaMonkey and iTunes (if installed) are you using?

I'm using the latest release of MM for Windows.

I wasn't using iTunes at all. But now I've just started using the latest version of iTunes for Windows, to avoid the Album Art problem.

Capture the sync in a debug log (step 4b) and send it to support: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... ?f=12&t=69

Thank you.

Maybe a bit premature to say it's fixed, but a few syncs later and there has been no re-occurrence.

Hopefully soon time to uninstall iTunes again

Thanks again !!
