New Version!
v1.6: September 2, 2009
- Fixed: Problem with involved people not following mask "role1:person1;role2;person2"
- Fixed: Problem with track volume and album volume showing wrong value
- Changed: Made Now playing/selected track link optional. Works great with Spotify skin.

I'm getting a message when I start MM now:
"Song Information: language file 'english.txt' has extra string on line 61."
MM starts normally after that. Line 61 of english.txt just says
...so nothing seems out of the ordinary. Any ideas?

No I have no idea. Have you edited the script file or the language file?. Can you copy everything in the language file and post it here.

Can you try the french language file. Change in options.

Although the script shows the panel with tracks that have artists with single quotation marks in their name, it throws up an error. Here it is:

Then the error is in the script file. Can you download the latest version of the script and install it?

I was already using 1.6.0.1. Reinstalling didn't seem to make a difference.

That's so weird because no matter what I do, the script works fine for me. Makes no sense.

Works fine for me too.
Seems like fizzjob got a discrepancy between script and language txt versions.
Try unsinstall the script via Tools|Extensions. Then make sure directory Scripts\SongInformation\languages contains no files.
Then re-install latest version.

That got it - I had uninstalled through Tools -> Extensions, but it didn't purge all the folders. Once I manually deleted the folders, everything worked fine.
