Re: MM5 has album artwork displayed - MMA does not
I just added Ed Sheeran's album "=". The album art displays in MM5, but not MMA? Does MM5 [latest beta] have anything new to help with this issue?

Hi,
Have you synced Album Tracks to MMA with updated Album art?
Also does Art lookup work in MMA for you?

1. Each track had only 1 image in a tag during my first sync to MMA.
2. Lookup worked, but I chose image tag and image in folder. Now, each track in MM5 has 3 images in tags and an image in the folder.
EDIT: Now after another sync to MMA, the album art displays. But, I don't understand how/why?

HOW: Guess first sync did not propagated updates WHY: Not sure.TheEmpathicEar wrote: ↑Sun Nov 14, 2021 12:22 pm Now after another sync to MMA, the album art displays. But, I don't understand how/why?

Re: MM5 has album artwork displayed - MMA does not
I just downloaded another album that is the same as the last in terms of having 1 album art as a tag in each track. So, what's the best solution? I know that if I add album art to the folder that it will work for sure. Why does this in a sync [as is] to MMA not display album art? These images are 1280x1280. I don't know if that has anything to do with it. IOW, album art in tracks as tags should sync correctly from MM5 to MMA?Peke wrote: ↑Sun Nov 14, 2021 1:25 pmHOW: Guess first sync did not propagated updates WHY: Not sure.TheEmpathicEar wrote: ↑Sun Nov 14, 2021 12:22 pm Now after another sync to MMA, the album art displays. Hi,
If you have multiple Album arts in file MMA should show you the first one.
That size of Art image can make some issues on some devices, but not in MMA, maybe Android Auto for some models make issues, but should not make problems for others.

Re: MM5 has album artwork displayed - MMA does not
1. Yes
2. What about Options? i.e. Options>Artwork>Image location set to "Save image to tag (if possible) and to File Folder"? I have auto-organize set to "D:\iPod\My Music\<Album Artist>\[<Year>] <Album>\<Track #:2> - <Title>"
I should not have to do this with artwork? According to what you have said here so far? Or, what are the requirements for an MMA sync with MM5 that results in album art being displayed?
