Wite tag to mp3 format files

When updating Songname, Artist or Album in SongDB via Porperties panel,
even when I click on the icon 'Write Tag to File' afterwards, the source file in case of mp3 format won't get updated.

Am I doing a handling fault, or is this normal, or is this a bug?

Do you have the latest version?

You do it correctly, just check the option "Write ID3 tag after edit song's properties" in the setup dialog. Did you try several files with the same result? And how did you find out that the tag isn't there (WinAmp, hex-view of the file?)
