When installing update .2510, I found again that all of the (standard) add-ons that I previously de-installed are reinstalled after the update. Can we have an option that at least asks for this in advance, and if not wanted, then not reinstalling those (de-installed) standard add-ons? (I don't see this so much as a bug, more as a quality of life improvement.)
Also: we can search for updates within the addons list, but not filter that view to "only those with updates available", at the moment we have to scroll down the complete list to see, what updates are found.

As for re-installign de-installed addons, you probably mean the bundled core addons created by Ventis ?
All of the supplied skins and sample scripts in the first place, and jepp, they are from Ventis. I have freed my MediaMonkey "server" from everything that I don't need and where I thought deleting it as unproblematic, but I have to do it again after every update.
