Blank screen in RDP Session

Blank screen in RDP Session
I have Mediamonkey 5 installed on my Windows 10 "server" which is in the basement. I access it with Microsoft RDP. Every time I open the RDP connection again after a day or two, I only get a white screen instead of the program interface. In the task manager, the Mediamonkey application is still running, but it does not respond to any of my commands, including "close window". So I have to quit the task and restart the program every time.
Re: Blank screen in RDP Session
Hi,
I am not sure that this involves RDP as like you said you log back after few days.
I guess you can try to have DBGview started in order to create debug log as described here viewtopic.php?f=30&t=8664 , but I would suggest that you save to file instead of direct log so that in case DBGview also crashes you will still have log file.
Also make sure that you use latest beta debug version from viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86639&sd=d
