Podcasts: Some "customized" rules apply even if "Customize" option is unchecked [#15685]

So far confirmed only one of the options but there might be more.
Version: 5.0.0.2175

To reproduce:

1. Edit podcast settings
2. Enable Customize subscription rules for this Podcast
3. Enable Show removed episode links
4. Disable Customize subscription rules for this Podcast

"Removed" episodes will still be visible. This is happening even when the Global option for Podcasts is to not show removed episode links.

I see, if I enable the '[x] Show removed episodes' checkbox then the checkbox did not apply until MM5 is restarted!
