Hi,
If you have not received any, just open sales support ticket and give us info to help track your purchase, which is needed in order to resend you your discount coupon.

Hi,
MM4 LIFETIME (License starts with V49-) = You keep MM4 forever if it works for you and will never expire
MM5 LIFETIME (License starts with V59-) = You keep MM5 forever if it works for you and will never expire + You install MM4 forever if it works for you and will never expire
LIFETIME (License starts with INF-) = You use MM2-MM??? forever if it works for you and will never expire

MM4 Last year buyers gets free MM5 license
MM GOLD (bought MM anytime over past 18 years) -> get discount for either MM5 purchase of to upgrade to Full LIFETIME

How stupid of me to think that when I purchased the GOLD LIFETIME license;
I thought it was MY lifetime.

Maybe you should state that is a partial renewable lifetime license. I don’t mind paying for good products that work but I do feel duped.

This practice is treating your customers like necessary evils.

AFAIK it IS your lifetime

See here
This license unlocks Gold functionality for the current version and all future versions (e.g. version 5.x, 6.x, etc.).
Maybe you misunderstood what Peke wrote. I assume that he meant just what it says above.

BTW, I say AFAIK, because I don't own one, so I am no expert.
I think that they are nuts selling a LifeTime licence.
I am happy enough to pay to an upgrade fee for each major version.
It took approx five years to make this upgrade.
I want to keep using MM, so am OK helping MediaMonkey to keep the lights on.
Want a dark skin for MM5? This is the one that works best for me .. elegant, compact & clear.
