MQA support in input and output plugins?

Hi, I downloaded MQA files from here: http://www.2l.no/hires/index.html
My DAC supports MQA, but MM shows and sends only 44.100 Hz via WASAPI. I tried it in standard and exclusive mode.

MediaMonkey does not support full decoding of MQA format, it can play only standard CD quality from MQA files (like other SW players without MQA decoder).
