SQL-error on startup v1229

I get this error on startup after instaling v1229:
"there was a problem querying the database:
error executing SQL "select songs.* from songs where songs.idmedia=? and songs.songpath=?"
:no such table:songs(1,1)

Seems the same issue as here:

Is this only after installing a brand new, fresh installation of MM (no database upgrade) ?

this was when I upgraded from 1228, so no db update (unless it does that from 1228 to 1229). Maybe I should add that MM is completely unable to launch after this carsh. I hvae to end program with the win task manager to get rid of it...

I think I had this too on a fresh install on a Windows Vista system, but it was after the install when I tried switching to a different skin. "XP Blue". The thing was impossible to start after that, and I'll be looking at the PC again today hopefully (belongs to a friend) to see if I can uninstall and go back to 1228.
