mediamonkey gold

Post by dane »

I had mediamonkey gold for a really long time until I downloaded this beta software and now it doesn't work anymore. The version I had was very outdated but does that mean that I have to buy mediamonkey gold again?

No, if you had purshased lifetime than key should be valid, and also if you paid 2.x version. Try to reinstall MM and retype it.

Note: Backup your settings before reinstal just to be sure.

Lost MM gold registration

Post by rusty »

Dane,

Did you uninstall the previous version of MM before installing the new one? If you did, that would explain why your registration key was uninstalled.

Please confirm--this version of MM should be compatible with all registration keys to-date.

Gold Registration Failing here, too........

Post by AmazingChicken »

I just reinstalled, too. On rev 2.5.3.968. I had stored my reg key on a spreadsheet, and it is not recognized. Could MM admin please re-post the method of recovering keys purchased online?

Many Many thanks for help and for MM! :D
