1708 Failure of autosync to update renamed playlists

Win 7, on generic device using SUBST drive letter.

1 Rename some playlists included in auto-sync e.g. initial letter from lower to uppercase here: http://i.imgur.com/2XyUCyM.png
2 Click Auto-sync http://i.imgur.com/YbwAQuG.png
3 Inspect device playlists folder in Explorer

Expected: renamed playlists
Observed: some renamed, others not: http://i.imgur.com/nsFwvQu.png . Even after F5 Note: all show Date Modified updated.

Workaround: Before auto-sync, delete output playlists. Result: http://i.imgur.com/B7N93Ew.png
