I am experience sync problems with the above configuration. When browsing music via the default iPhone Music application, the information displayed is not always correct. I have logged a ticket with screenshots. Screenshot 1 shows an album with 63 songs in the summary at the top but only shows 1 song playable. If I close the Music application and restart it, all the correct songs are listed and playable - see Screenshot 2.
This sync issue occurs when viewing by album or artist.
