Installer terminates running processes before asking

When running the installer for build 1836 I had MMW open. The installer terminated the open MMW process and then showed the dialogue box saying that MMW was currently running and asking me to close it with the option to cancel.

Processes shouldn't be terminated until the user clicks OK on that dialogue.

I haven't tried MM5 yet but I'll assume that the installer is basically the same. My MM4 is installed and not portable though.

They are basically same but MM5 have more checkers and behavior functions than MM4.x due the MM architecture change.
