Thread Creation Error Message and Lockup

System Specs:
Dell Inspiron 7570 laptop
CPU: i7-8550U
RAM: 24GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
MM version: v4.1.23.1881 (Portable Install)
Further system Benchmark system specs can be seen here:
https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/6777104
Problems:
1- MediaMonkey locks up and crashes
2- Multiple (50x)"Thread creation error: Not enough memory resources are available to process this command."
Repro conditions:
I have a large collection of Sound FX audio files in FLAC format (26,132 files total).
I am attempting to make an additional copy of these files using MMW convert format command converting them to 320Kbps Constant Bit Rate MP3 format files using MM built in preset.
Source file location: (Toshiba 2TB USB 3.0 HDD)
P:\\SoundFXs FLAC\...
Destination file location:
Originally I selected all 26K FLAC files in MM and used the following mask parameters for the destination of the converted MP3 files:
P:\\SoundFXs MP3\<folder:1>\<filename>
Add to library check box enabled.
When selecting all 26K files to be converted, MM would lock up and freeze around the 500th file it was converting. Reproed this 2 times.
I then decided to break this up into smaller selections of files to be processed. Anything under 500 files selected seemed to work without errors. I then decided to push my luck and select 2K files and while doing that I have been getting the error message above consistently popping up. MM does not freeze up, but that message keeps popping up on my screen. I'm unsure what it means but it seems to indicate I'm low on memory which seems odd for a system with 24GB of memory and nothing else running in the foreground but my browser (Firefox). I shut down my browser and the messages keep coming in. In fact currently, I have MMW shut down as well, and that error message is still popping up on my screen.
Wanted to report, there seems to be some problem when using MM to convert a large amount of FLAC files to MP3 files. I will need to restart my system now and hope things clear up.
