I wanted to mod the Vision Skin

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to mod the Vision skin float player to look like this.

I've never made or modded a skin, so I'm a little confused looking at "FloatPlayer.mskn" in themeeditor. I see there bitmaps, color rulesets etc, but I don't see where you specify which elements are placed where. Can anyone lend me a helping hand?
