Can't log in to support page.
I'm trying to submit a support ticket to get an upgrade code for my gold 2.x license, but the support login doesn't recognize my username/password. Is this a catch-22?
Re: Can't log in to support page.
I have the same problem.
Re: Can't log in to support page.
If you have such a problem, please e-mail me your login name a password, I'll check it out.
Thanks,
Jiri

Make sure that you are using your forum username and password, and not your license key username.

Re: Can't log in to support page.
it is the forum username and password.
jiri, I pm'ed you my username and password because I couldn't find your mail address anywhere. it seems to be stuck in my outbox though, so I'm not sure you've recieved the pm.

It will be in your outbox until Jiri reads it, then it will move to the sent folder.Torg wrote:it is the forum username and password.
