Can't log in to support page.

I'm trying to submit a support ticket to get an upgrade code for my gold 2.x license, but the support login doesn't recognize my username/password. Is this a catch-22?

Make sure that you are using your forum username and password, and not your license key username.

It will be in your outbox until Jiri reads it, then it will move to the sent folder.
