New skinning themeeditor - when?

I just downloaded 3.1 dev version of MM3. Like the new icons and the fact that I was able to get rid of MR caption. Any idea when would the developers release the new theme editor that they were talking about?

When were they talking about this, I don't think a new theme editor was planned?

maybe petrcbr's wysiwyg update to the skinning engine will help in getting new designs made.

AFAIK, the ThemeEngine program used will be exactly the same, its just that there may be an easier way of defining the x,y positions of elements in player controls by dragging and dropping the elements rather than typing the values into an .ini file.

Still, even that is great news because that's one of the things I find hardest: aligning everything numerically.
