This build includes a few more fixes, most significantly, a fix to an iPod sync problem that resulted in mixed up artwork when a corrupted MP3 is synced. We're looking into a few more issues before we post RC-2.
We're proud to announce MediaMonkey 3.1.2.1282 Release Candidate 2. It fixes all remaining urgent/reproducible problems. There are, however, some significant changes re. iPod handling due to the manner in which Windows 7 handles iPods along with 1 or 2 issues that that we're trying to reproduce, so there may yet be a couple more changes before we release.
This build includes a few more fixes, most significantly, fixes to a crash that occurs with some multimedia keyboards introduced in the last build. We don't expect many more changes before RC-3.
Here are a few more fixes before RC-3 (expected tomorrow--we need to fix the regressions list below & #6134).
IMPORTANT: This build will not install correctly on XP, and has new bugs re. the minimize button).
Here are a few more fixes before RC-3 - resolving all reproducible/urgent bugs. We're still working to reproduce one remaining issue that occurs in some environments).
Here's one more build that resolves all remaining critical issues. Due to the number of regressions associated with a few AeroFlip-related fixes, we decided to revert them; For this version, Aeroflip will not be active when MM is first run--it must be first minimized and then maximized.
For this build, we've also bumped the version number to 3.2 to reflect the significant number of improvements (>150) made since 3.1.1.
Please let us know how it works for you & have a great weekend!
Recent builds have been pretty solid for most people. This one resolves several issues including a crash that affected some people and issues with wav files that affected others, bringing MM 3.2 very close to a release (there are still a couple more issues we're looking into). Note that the build has not yet undergone regression testing.
We're proud to announce MediaMonkey 3.2.0.1292. It fixes all remaining urgent/reproducible problems. There are a couple of non-reproducible bug reports that we're monitoring, but are planning to release MediaMonkey 3.2 next week.
Please let us know how it works for you, and have a great weekend!
We're proud to announce MediaMonkey 3.2.0.1293 Release Candidate 3. It fixes all remaining urgent/reproducible problems. There are a couple of non-reproducible bugs that we're monitoring, but hope to release 3.2 shortly.
This is to announce that MediaMonkey 3.2.0.1294 is being released. The only changes from release candidate 3 are listed in the changelog for build 1294.
I want to take a moment to thank all of you who've helped test this release--your feedback was invaluable and we're very honoured and grateful to have you as part of MediaMonkey's extended team. We could not do this without you.
If one of your pet peeves hasn't been resolved, keep in mind that we'll soon begin the beta process for version 4.0. In addition we'll shortly begin testing the new addons site so that scripts won't have to be stored in the forum. Stay tuned.
We're beginning a new round of testing for MediaMonkey 3.2.1. This is a minor release, however, it does include a few significant fixes, including compatibility with iTunes 9.2 (in parallel, we're working on 3.2.2 which will add compatibility with iOS4).
We're planning on a fairly short test period before we release this, so let us know what you think. Thanks.
The previous beta build seems to resolve the iTunes compatibility problem, and the various other fixes are performing as expected. This build adds a couple of minor fixes--if all goes well, we expect to release within a day or two.
