What gray font are you referring to? All the text is black as far as I'm aware. And black on white is generally acceptable, isn't it ? (after all, same scheme used by Google, Windows explorer, etc.)

I try to explain my concerns with screens.

Number one:

The font color is too dark. Here I find it often difficult to find the title that is being played to orient myself. So at best a little brighter. The RGB values ​​should look like right now is: 75,70,70.

Here is the white color I just said. You can have them, no question, but a blue (RGB value: 112,134,165) would also fit well. Directly above it is indeed the navigation. Yeah, this was only an estimate of how the color is actually. I'm gonna test which brighter gray-ish color fits the theme better. I'll post my suggestion here tomorrow cuz now I'm gonna watch a movie, haha. It's 6:30 pm in Germany right now.
For now I would say something around RGB value 132,132,132 up to 142,142,142. So I would definitely test even 132,137,142. The color seems to be brighter in the overall picture. This is due to the preponderance of blue.

I will fix the Navigation toolbar text, thanks for bringing that up.

Yes, I'm aware of it. Unfortunately due to skinning limitations we don't have control over the font color there, it's always black.

Do you mean the font color in the column browser? It's the same color as in the track list.

I would prefer to wait to make a MonkeyRok skin until the next MonkeyRok update - there has not been an official MM4 update to MonkeyRok yet.

Nice update on the Dark skin, like all the changes made to it, it's much easier on the eyes now . Now if there only was a matching skin for Lyrics & Comments viewer nudge nudge

I've now tested with the following pure color and set a screen. On the screen, the colors are explained. The gray color is slightly lighter. For the specification for album, artist, and so on, I've identified two long-standing blue colors that fit well with the background. I prefer the lighter version.



Would that be something for version 2.0.2?

Thanks, yes I missed the font color in a few places. It should be okay now, but let me know if you find anything else.

I can't fix the "dashed line" problem, it is hard-coded into MediaMonkey and there's no way to hide it. I have put in a request so we could skin it, but no word on whether it will be implemented.
