Understood... but if one wanted the XLS output of Custom Reports, and ability to sort/hide/etc columns of values from other MM fields once in Excel, IS there a setting for CR that would 'dumb it down' to the equivalent of JLAbums -- i.e. one row per album?trixmoto wrote:This is a track report. If you just want to list the artists and albums try my "Just List Albums" and "Just List Artists" scripts.

How do i get this script to show the correct songlength in excel?
Edit: nevermind, I got it, I was using SongLength instead of SongLengthString.

Okay, so there is still a problem with track length. It displays the minutes as hours and seconds as minutes in excel. How do I fix this?

I don't know, but you could try prefixing them with "00:" to represent hours.

Re: Custom Report 2.8 - Updated 05/03/2011
That doesn't work because Excel now sees the output as text instead of time.
Fwiw: the build-in report function from MediaMonkey works the way it should.

Well what's the difference between the two?

Your script incorrectly displays minutes as hours and seconds as minutes in Excel and the build-in script gets it correctly.

Since I've upgraded to MM 4, this script no longer works. Using an XP, I'm the admin, etc.
Any ideas?

Thanks, but that's not helpful. In what way are the FILES different?Onweerwolf wrote:Your script incorrectly displays minutes as hours and seconds as minutes in Excel and the build-in script gets it correctly.

Which files do you mean exactly?trixmoto wrote:Thanks, but that's not helpful. In what way are the FILES different?Onweerwolf wrote:Your script incorrectly displays minutes as hours and seconds as minutes in Excel and the build-in script gets it correctly.
Re: Custom Report 2.8 - Updated 05/03/2011
Hi,
I just exported the "DateAdded" and "LastPlayed".
When using NO formatting, everything is fine and the Date/Time is displayed with Date and Time,
e.g. "2012-02-15 17:32:04".
When using format "FY-m-dTH:i:s", the output is not ok,
e.g. "2012-02-15TH:i:s".
Are the options for time wrong ? (what are the correct ones?) Or what did I do wrong ?
Help is appreciated
