MM automatically is moving files from D to C drive

While ripping cd's (the path is set to the external hard drive D), MM is automatically moving them to the C drive while ripping. If I make any changes to the files it starts automatically moving them to C as well. If I have the file monitor set it does the same thing. I've used MM for years and this is a new one to me. I'm using the latest version (4.0.3.1476) on a different computer as well as the new one. No problems on the old computer, only problems on the new one. Any suggestions on where I can look to see if the settings are pointing it to the C drive? Thanks in advance!!

Oh for goodness sakes! I could have sworn I'd already checked that but not surprisingly it was set to the folder on the C drive it kept moving things to. Many thanks as usual nohitter151!!
