Sync to External Storage on Android 5.0 Lollipop

Hello,

this is my first post on the forum of this great program (I'm addicted alr ) so perhaps I missed out on something...

Anyways, since I updated my samsung galaxy s5 to android 5.0 lollipop now, I would like to now if it is already possible now (with some option) to sync to a folder other than the mediamonkey folder on the external sd card with read/write options or if this is planned for the next months?

Are you going to delay it further back, because now its already at 1.1.3

I saw in the changelog for 1.1.2 there were some storage fixes.. but that was not concerning this topic was it?

I sync all of my music under <extSD>/Music (\Music\Songs\<Genre>\<Album Artist>\(<Date>) <Album>\<Track#:2>. <Title> to be precise). All other music players including MMA can see my music under /Music. Is there something else I'm missing here?

It appears that we are! I neglected to mention that I sync my phone via USB. Here's my setup window: http://i.imgur.com/8kuRa87.jpg

I tried the wifi method earlier but it always ended in tears. Here's the thread I made about wifi sync issues wrt to user specified directories on external sd cards on phones with Lollipop. At the time, they said they haven't updated MMA to support external sd fixes introduced by Lollipop.

Wifi sync doesn't respect directories from USB sync _microSD

From the bug report entry above, it looks like they're planning for the fix to be ready by 1.1.3.

Ah, this is good news. I'll just go back to usb syncing for the time being then until a fix will be installed.
