2 different track counts in 2 different apps
Syncing playlists gives me 2 different playlist counts in 2 different apps. Pictures below. The MMA track count is incorrect (5599), the Shuttle track count (8700) is the correct one:
Re: 2 different track counts in 2 different apps
Have you A rescanned in MMA and B made sure it's actually 8700 files on your device?

I've rescanned a few times. There's definitely 8700 files on the deviceLowlander wrote:Have you A rescanned in MMA and B made sure it's actually 8700 files on your device?
Re: 2 different track counts in 2 different apps
Do you maybe have other Types like Audiobooks, Classical Music, Podcasts, etc. in this folder as they would be separated in MMA in their respective areas?

Re: 2 different track counts in 2 different apps
Anything in my MM library is changed to a "music" file, regardless of whether it's classical or anything else. I don't use the podcast feature either.

Then send a debug log (from About screen) right after scanning finishes and open a Support Ticket with the logID. The developers can then analyze what is causing this.

Hi,
If you browse TRACKS what is the count Number? Also Are you sure that all folders from SD Card are included in MMA Library?

playing a song in TRACKS view shows it playing 1/8700. I have one folder called "music" on my sd card that I sync all my music to, and it's included in the library folders that I chose.Peke wrote:Hi,

Re: 2 different track counts in 2 different apps
Then MMA detects all the tracks just your playlists are not updated. You should see check what folder contains count difference eg. I'm not sure what you mean there, how do I do that?Peke wrote:Then MMA detects all the tracks just your playlists are not updated. You should see check what folder contains count difference eg. Hi,
Sorry for delays, somehow I missed your reply. Thank you for reminder.
It is very possible that folders contain other files not just media like album arts?

Re: 2 different track counts in 2 different apps
It's possible, as I have found some folders on my PC that have only artwork, but wouldn't the track count still be the same no matter what app I was using?Peke wrote:Hi,
