Well, it stopped scrobbling again. Not sure for how long, maybe a couple weeks? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this time it didn't fix it. Last.fm is ok, still scrobbling from other sources (Sonos, Spotify). Is there any log created for the scrobbler?

Under Options > Last.fm Service it says "Service status: Failed (cached Track)". I started with "Tracks scrobbled 0/0, Now Playing Shared 0/0, Tracks cached 150." Up to 152 now. I'm going to hit "clean cache" and see if that helps at all... Nope, still says 152 cached.

Running Windows 10, [strike]MM 4.1.10.1778[strike], make that MM 4.1.14.1813. Thought the MM update might help. No dice. :(

Close MMW and Delete any LastFM files from C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\MediaMonkey\ which should reset plugin cache which fail.

If you check my lastFm profile you will see that plugin works.

Alright, did as suggested and it did clear my cache for me. However, all the tracks are still failing to submit. I've checked, double-checked, and triple-checked my username and password. They are correct.

I installed the debug version. Would anything in the debug log help? I'm looking at the lines fly by, and it means very little to me. :)

In case this hits other folks. Mine also stopped working a few days ago. What resolved it was typing my last.fm username all lower case in the MM settings. No idea why that made the difference, but it worked. Hope it helps someone else.
This used to show my recently played tracks. Sad to see @lozzd's tool go dark.

Mine worked without problems yesterday when I tested it and my username is not all lowercase.

You can check it from my signature.

Before I start, I want to thank the developer of this great addon.
I ran into the problem. When I submit cached tracks to Last.fm, then some songs including such symbols as ä, å, ø... in their titles don't display correctly in "Recent Tracks". Is there any solution to this problem?

Can you copy/paste Title, Artist and Album of those tracks here?

Also if you scrobble tracks directly do they get named correctly?

They're so many. For example, Profetens åpenbaring, this track is from Under the Sign of Hell album by Gorgoroth.
Yes, they do. All of my tracks get named correctly when scrobbler is set to the green button.

Hi,
As I replied in Ticket Have you set Last.fm password in MMW options?, Can you delete all the last.fm files from c:\users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\MediaMonkey and restart MMW

I have no issues to scrobble. See my account on last.fm https://www.last.fm/user/PekeMM/

I'm close to giving up on getting Last.FM Scrobbler 1.1.0.41 to work. I've gone through virtually every action step described in the prior messages to no avail.

Under the Last.FM scrobbler menu, my statistics appear as follows:
Service Status: OK (Connected)
Tracks scrobbled: 0/345
Now Playing Shared: 0/6,198
Tracks cached: 0

The Service Status of "OK" tells me that scrobbler is connecting to Last.FM. If I use the wrong password, the Service Status immediately changes to "Password Changed" and when I revert back to the correct password, it gives me the "OK (Connected)" message, so I know that the scrobbler add on is connected to Last.FM.

Tracks scrobbled, Now Playing Shared, and Tracks cached are stuck at zero. The Scrobbler is not detecting on any of the music that I'm playing in MM. I have no idea why. While MM is running and I'm playing music, LastFM_Cache.dat remains an empty file at zero bytes. My submissions rules are wide open. I've enabled the scrobbler to cache and submit everything and anything to Last.FM, but it caches and submits nothing. Music that I scrobbled before will not scrobble now.

When I shut down MM, LastFM_Cache.dat is automatically deleted by MM. Is that correct behavior?

One thing that I have not tried is to uninstall and reinstall the Last.FM scrobbler. I want to uninstall and reinstall the scrobbler, but for the life of me, I can't find MM's add-on uninstall screen. Wasn't it previously under Tools? Does it exist in MM 4.1.20.1864? Or do I need to look for the uninstall.ini file and remove the Last.FM scrobbler manually?

Any help that solves my issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
